These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.
